I am a licensed and certified bodywork therapist specializing in eclectic body therapies. My work is a blend of Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Trigger Point Massage techniques with Reiki energy balancing. I also practice Thai Massage, Reflexology, and Pre-natal Massage.  I am here to support your body’s general well being through treatments that address the physical, emotional, and spiritual components of injury and stress.  Most of my clients I have enjoyed working with for the duration of my career, as I am very much committed to them and seeing them through both challenging and joyous phases of life.

I work primarily in the greater Los Angeles area as a freelance bodyworker, traveling to do massage on-site or in your home, and I am occasionally in the greater Boston area as well for the same purpose.  I also dedicate my life to making music and art, and see how both professions compliment  one another.

Although I have worked extensively with sports-related injuries, my interest and skills are also very much in the spiritual and intuitive aspects of general health, healing, and well-being.  I am currently studying Energy Medicine and Medical Intuition, and noticing a heightened sensitivity to the subtle body, energetic systems and articulation of specific tissues and fibers.  I am both humbled and excited by the endless depth of knowledge that the human body, mind, and spirit has to teach!
